Anyways, you're not necessarily, it's not traditionally a lot of women lifting heavy things and we get diagnosed with osteoporosis faster, which is the, um, basically the degradation of your bones. And, um, the way to slow that down is by lifting heavier, which is why women get prescribed to go to the gym and start lifting weights. Um, But I really think that that's because it's not a part of our quote-unquote culture as women. Yeah, yeah. And not so much that just women are more prone because they're women. It's more of actually we haven't, and also we've been going through disordered eating habits, and we've been told to be smaller our whole lives. […]
