Heritage, Craftsmanship & Classic Yacht Charters with Alfred Morrison

What makes a century-old yacht more desirable than the latest superyacht? In this episode, Zoe is joined by Alfred Morrison, Charter and Sales Broker at Classic Charters, to explore a world where luxury isn't defined by what's new, but by history, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance. With more than three decades of experience, Classic Charters has built a reputation as one of the world's leading specialists in classic yacht charter and sales, connecting discerning clients with some of the finest historic vessels still sailing today. Alfred shares what makes these extraordinary yachts so special, from their rich heritage and meticulous restoration to the unforgettable experiences they offer on the water. We discuss why a growing number of travellers are seeking authenticity over excess, and how classic yachts represent a slower, more meaningful approach to luxury. The conversation also lifts the lid on the people behind these remarkable vessels, exploring the skill and dedication of the crews who bring every charter to life, the unique expectations of clients investing in heritage experiences, and the delicate balance between preserving maritime history and delivering world-class hospitality. As luxury continues to evolve, Alfred explains why craftsmanship, storytelling, and genuine connection have become some of the industry's most valuable assets. Whether you're fascinated by yachting, luxury travel, or the enduring appeal of timeless design, this episode offers a captivating insight into a world where history continues to sail into the future. From Burnout to Breakthrough: How to Overcome Stress & Limiting Beliefs with Poppy Delbridge

Why do so many high achievers find themselves stuck, stressed, or constantly chasing the next goal without feeling fulfilled? In this episode, Zoe is joined by transformational coach and author Poppy Delbridge for a powerful conversation about breaking free from limiting beliefs, regulating stress, and creating lasting personal change. Drawing from her experience working in high-pressure environments and helping people transform their lives, Poppy shares the tools and mindset shifts that can help you move from survival mode to genuine empowerment. At the heart of the discussion is Poppy’s seven-step framework for sustainable transformation, designed to help people identify the subconscious narratives and internal patterns that keep them stuck. She explains why true change starts with identity, not action, and how many of us unknowingly sabotage our own progress through deeply ingrained beliefs and behaviours. Poppy also explores the importance of nervous system regulation, sharing practical techniques such as rapid tapping, mindfulness, and simple morning routines that can help reduce stress and create greater emotional resilience. The conversation delves into the science behind manifestation, visualisation, and embodied mindset work, revealing why lasting transformation requires more than just positive thinking. Along the way, Poppy opens up about her own journey from outward success to deeper self-awareness, offering valuable lessons on overcoming burnout, managing pressure, and stepping into your full potential. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a demanding career, or simply looking for practical ways to create meaningful change, this episode is packed with insights to help you reset, refocus, and move forward with confidence.
