<p>Was ist grüner Kapitalismus, und warum scheitert er? Erleben wir einen autoritär-fossilistischen Backlash? Und was hat die Eigentumsstruktur der Deutschen Post mit Transformationskonflikten und digitalem Wandel zu tun? Darüber spricht Irina Herb, die Hostin dieser Buchbesprechung, mit Steffen Liebig, dem Mitherausgeber des Buchs “Umkämpfte Transformation: Konflikte um den digitalen und ökologischen Wandel” (2025, Campus Verlag). Er stellt die Ergebnisse und den Ansatz der Jenaer “bottom-up”-Transformationsforschung vor und bietet dabei spannende Einblicke in die Entwicklung des DHL-Konzerns. Steffen Liebig und die weiteren Herausgeber:innen Klaus Dörre, Kim Lucht, Lennart Michaelis und Johanna Sittel haben über Jahre Transformationskonflikte in der Stahlindustrie, der Auto(zuliefer)industrie sowie in der Bau- und Logistikbranche erforscht, und dabei ein besonderes Augenmerk auf Eigentumsverhältnisse gelegt.
