   Chị Đây

Lemme ask you somethin'… Girl, you runnin' that shop… or that shop runnin' you? Mơ một nghìn chi nhánh, mà một quán chị chưa xong Write it down, write it down — every step, every move Để mai chị vắng mặt, quán vẫn chạy như không Cứ giao cho sổ tay — Let it run, let it run! Đèn quán vẫn sáng đêm nay — Let it run, let it run! Chị không làm trong quán, chị làm chủ cuộc chơi Who's the boss? Chị đây! She's the boss! Đèn quán vẫn sáng đêm nay — Let it run, let it run! Chị không làm trong quán, chị làm chủ cuộc chơi Who's the boss? Chị đây! She's the boss! Ayo, boss lady, sit down for a minute You built this from nothin', but you livin' all up in it Cook, cashier, cleaner — you wearin' every hat Every fire in the place, you the one runnin' back Step five: you don't need a genius on the payroll Regular folks with a playbook — watch 'em hold it down, though Step six: keep the dream, but the dream ain't the pitch They buy what they need, not the vision you wish Step seven: script the "hello", put a smile in the line Ask first, then listen — let 'em talk, take your time Seven steps, one system, now we run it back Bowl one thousand taste like bowl one — that's a fact You ain't workin' in it, baby, you workin' on it That's the difference 'tween a job and the freedom you wanted Lights on at the shop while you out with me Business on autopilot — now that's what I call free Quy tắc đâu phải xiềng xích, chỉ là lời nhắc thôi Hỏi han trước, lặng nghe sau Điều khách giấu trong lòng — là tấm bản đồ đây rồi When you listen… they show you the way Cứ giao cho sổ tay — Let it run, let it run! Đèn quán vẫn sáng đêm nay — Let it run, let it run! Cuối cùng chị sống cho đời chị, không chỉ quán thôi Who's the boss? Chị đây! She's the boss! Girl… the shop runs itself now. Ừ… đi thôi.

   Pause for Two

I used to think charm was a thing you're born with, a gift Some people talk and the whole room will shift I stood in the corner, a glass in my hand Smiling too hard, nodding fast as I can It was never that I wasn't enough My mind was too loud, and my face called my bluff Pause for two, then I speak Hold your words like they're all that I seek Soften my eyes, let my voice fall low Charm's not a gift, it's a seed that I grow Presence, power, warmth Nice scarf, is there a story behind it? I'll keep the light on you, I won't fight it No need to prove who is wrong or who's right When a compliment comes, I just hold it tight You won't remember each word that I said Just how it felt, and the warmth that it spread Pause for two, then I speak Hold your words like they're all that I seek Soften my eyes, let my voice fall low Charm's not a gift, it's a seed that I grow Presence, power, warmth That voice in my head says I don't belong I watch like a scientist, it moves along Not every thought is a truth to believe I breathe it out slow and I let the fear leave Gentle with me, then gentle with you Pause for two, then I speak Hold your words like they're all that I seek Soften my eyes, let my voice fall low When the heart's at ease, the light starts to glow Before I speak, I pause for two

   Maybe I'm Wrong

I wore a suit like a suit of steel, counted every win, never let you see what's real, corner office, Stockholm sun, told the whole world I had won. But the noise in my head kept turning up, a thousand monkeys never had enough, so I walked away, gave it all away, to a forest where the quiet stays. I may be wrong — and I'm not afraid, I may be wrong — let the old walls break, I don't need to win, I don't need to fight, I open my hands and I hold the light. I may be wrong, I may be wrong, and that's what makes me strong. Oh-oh, oh-oh, I may be wrong, oh-oh, oh-oh, and I'm still strong. Seventeen years of bowls and rain, learned to breathe through the joy and the pain, came back home with nothing to show, the biggest failure, everybody knows. Then a whisper said "this too shall pass," like snow in spring, it melted fast, every stranger fights a war unseen, so be kind — leave some room for dreams. When my body started letting go, I found everything I'll ever need to know: a friend, a breath, a sky so wide, the jewel was in my pocket all this time. I may be wrong — and I'm not afraid, I may be wrong — let the old walls break, I don't need to win, I don't need to fight, I open my hands and I hold the light. I may be wrong, I may be wrong, and that's what makes me strong. I may be wrong… and that's what makes me strong
