Salah satu kebiasaan manusia itu adalah suka berkeluh kesah. Apapun yang dihadapinya, rasanya selalu saja ada yg dikeluhkan. Mulai dari mengeluh karena lelah sampai dengan mengeluh karena keadaan yg tak sesuai dengan keinginan. Saat keluh kesah menggerayang, coba damaikan diri dan pikiran sejenak. Alirkan seluruh energi positif kedalam tubuh kita, dan buang jauh-jauh energi negatif. maka apa yg kita keluhkan sedikit demi sedikit akan menghilang. Berkeluh kesah itu adalah satu diantara banyaknya energi negatif yang hinggap dalam diri. Ia menguji kekuatan kita, apakah bertahan dengan keluhan atau bangkit dari perangkap keluh yang mematikan.
