02: De første fagforeningene
<p>Håndverksvennene var de første fagforeningsfolkene. Håndverkerlaugene var basert på små familiebedrifter. Fra 1850 og utover overtok maskinene produksjonen på flere og flere områder. Skomakerfaget ble nesten utradert. I begynnelse var ufaglærte utestengt fra fagforeninger, men etterhvert forsto vi at vi er sterkest når vi står solidarisk sammen. </p>
