<p>Thimo van der Pol, hoofd onderzoek en ontwikkeling bij Inforsa, wordt regelmatig gevraagd om te vertellen over de activiteiten van zijn CrimeLab. Nu is hij te gast in onze eigen podcast om toe te lichten waarom de Sense-it app een mooie aanvulling is op de ‘agressie op maat’- therapie. Het helpt onze cliënten binnen Inforsa om zich beter bewust te worden van hun emoties. Zodat ze eerst denken en dan pas doen. En ook kan het de therapie leuker en interessanter maken. Maar apps gebruiken in de zorg is niet onomstreden: neemt het de rol van de therapeut niet over? En is het wel veilig? Luister deze podcast en hoor hoe het écht zit met de Sense-it app. </p>

<p>GZ-psycholoog Nadine Arendse is ervaren in het geven van intensieve behandelingen aan cliënten met een persoonlijkheidsstoornis. Een jaar geleden is ze bij TOPGGz-instelling NPI begonnen met digitale schematherapie. In de oefeningen binnen deze therapievorm gaat het er steeds om dat de cliënt ervaringen doorvoelt. Is dat wel goed te vertalen naar online? En hoe ziet de stoelentechniek er dan bijvoorbeeld uit? Luister naar deze podcast en kom te weten wat je als behandelaar wel en niet moet doen. <p>In deze vijfde aflevering vertelt Marjan Holla, manager bedrijfsvoering bij Mentrum, over de inzet van virtual reality (VR) binnen Arkin. Wat ooit begon als een klein innovatief idee, wordt nu op verschillende manieren ingezet. Bijvoorbeeld door middel van VR CGT, een aanvulling op cognitieve gedragstherapie en VR SOAP (sociale activiteiten en participatie) voor mensen met psychoses. VR leent zich ook goed voor cliënten met een hoge agressiescore die even helemaal kunnen ontspannen. En wist je dat er ook VR-brillen in de omloop zijn die medewerkers kunnen gebruiken? Even zwemmen met dolfijnen doet wonderen voor je weerbaarheid en balans. </p>
