<p>Er zijn weinig dingen die me meer ontspannen en gelukkiger maken, dan met de camera op pad te gaan en de kleine natuur vast te leggen. Ik zei altijd tegen iedereen die het maar wilde horen: "Als ik met een vol hoofd de natuur in ga, kom ik na een uurtje fotograferen met een leeg hoofd en een sd-kaart vol foto's weer thuis". Dat was ook echt heel lang zo en tóch lukte het me niet om afgelopen jaar op pad te gaan met de camera. Terwijl ik een uurtje ontspannen goed kon gebruiken en een leeg hoofd heel fijn zou zijn. Het lukte me niet. Blijkbaar kan een hoofd ook té vol zitten. In deze - zeer persoonlijke - podcast vertel ik wat er speelde en hoe ik langzaam de flow weer terug begin te vinden. </p>

<p>Vroeger 'zat' ik op tennis en korfbal. Daarna 'zat' ik op de knutselclub en tijdens mijn middelbare schooltijd 'zat' ik op toneel. Tegenwoordig 'zit' ik op Instagram. En dat is voor een natuurfotograaf een geweldig mooi platform, barstensvol inspiratie en gezellige mede-fotografen. Instagram heeft echter ook een keerzijde. Al die andere mooie foto's en het systeem van likes en volgers kunnen je weleens onzeker maken en frustreren. In deze podcast benoem ik 3 van die valkuilen én 5 tips om te zorgen dat je daar niet met open ogen intrapt en die hopelijk gaan helpen om jezelf een beetje staande te houden op een social platform waar het aantal likes bepaalt hoe goed en mooi jóuw foto is. </p>
