I have some thoughts and feelings on this rule. I don't particularly love it. It seems G-Dub has just decided to put in an arbitrary rule to try and make Warlords matter. And I think this is a pretty sloppy way of doing it because if they're not going to give it out wholesale at the same time, this just creates a really big disparity between people with codexes and not... And, man, there's some armies out there that literally have no way to get an extra CP. […]
