# 5 - Das Impostor Syndrom bei Künstler*innen - "Ich bin nicht der, für den mich alle halten"
<p>Herzlich Willkommen zu meinem Podcast. Ich heiße Magdalena Freese und in meinem Podcast geht es rund um das Thema Kreativität und das kreative Arbeiten.</p> <p>In diese Folge geht es um das Impostor Syndrom bei Künstler*innen und Kreativschaffenden.</p> <p>Das Impostor Syndrom ist ein Phänomen, von dem unzählige, teilweise auch sehr erfolgreiche Künstler*innen (u.a. Beyoncé, Emma Watson und Jodie Foster) betroffen sind. Vielleicht kennst du es auch von dir selbst. Dir steht beispielsweise ein wichtiger Termin bevor, um deine künstlerischen Arbeiten zu präsentieren. Doch je näher der Termin rückt, umso stärker wächst auch dein Unbehagen. Gedanken machen sich breit, die nicht unbedingt zur Besserung, sondern vielmehr zu einer allumfassenden Panik beitragen.</p> <p>Diese äußert sich dann in inneren Monologen, die so, oder so ähnlich klingen: "Was tu ich hier eigentlich? Bin ich völlig übergeschnappt? Ich kann das doch hier eigentlich alles gar nicht! Zwischen all den Profis bin ich hier doch der absolute Versager / die absolute Versagerin! Gleich fliege ich endgültig auf!"</p> <p>Wenn dir das bekannt vorkommt, dann findest du in dieser Podcastfolge jede Menge wertvoller und hilfreicher Informationen.
