[…] I will say that Christopher and I both, we both said we loved it down there. Like we think that the environment there is wonderful. The process was wonderful. The fellow designers were wonderful. So we are all, yes, there's a pay disparity, but that's on us, right? You know what I mean? Yeah, that's on us. That's us as designers. And it's like no fault of Alabama. They're just doing business as usual. Yeah. I just think it's a good discussion to have because I don't think we're alone in this. And sort of maybe one of the only reasons we're learning about this is because we have this show. And to be frank, I feel like that's one of the purposes of this show is so that we can have discussions like this. […]
