Design Thinking has transformed from a core iterative process to a rule book for all our products and is at the core of our 8012 FinTech Design Center. This world’s first Transformation Center dedicated to Design Thinking Principles enables co-creation of products that go beyond the expectations of our customers. It is a lab that drives collaborative experiences by making the Design process intellectually stimulating.
Commemorating the 12th Anniversary of 8012 FinTech Design Center, our Chief Designer and Chief Architect, Arun Jain, reflects on the journey in Design Thinking, inspired by Silicon Valley's customer focus. He elucidated Intellect's philosophy of "Designing the Thinking" to achieve high performance for individuals and organisations, introducing the concept of the "Purple House" with its six mind spaces. He further highlighted the application of Design Thinking in creating eMACH.ai (http://eMACH.ai), the First Principles Thinking based Most Comprehensive, Composable and Intelligent Open Finance Platform aimed at simplifying banking and reducing costs, and Purple Fabric, an enterprise-grade business impact AI platform utilising vectorised knowledge and agentic systems to deliver accurate business solutions.

Leveraging design the thinking - Episode 8 - Designing the Mind Space
In the eighth episode of the "Leveraging Design The Thinking" series, Arun Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Intellect, illustrates the concept of perspective and how different individuals can have different perspectives on the same task. He uses the example of three sculptors working on a stone to demonstrate how their perspectives varied - one saw a stone being cut, another saw an idol of Lord Shiva being made, and the third saw a temple being built. This story emphasises the importance of considering different perspectives when designing or approaching any task.
