Your imagination and beliefs shape your reality
What if your entire experience in this life is simply a direct reflection of who you are being. The 3D world is a fully reflective mirror of your thoughts and beliefs about yourself. In today's episode I discuss my own experience of past life regression hypnosis, chaneling, therapy and tarot readings and how everything I experience is a direct reflection of how I think, feel and act.
I touch on the Law of Assumption and the work of Neville Goddard. I also talk about my own recent channelled meditation where I have a conversation with Jesus.

Past Lives. Making sense of death and rebirth through the teachings of Dolores Cannon
Today I take on a metaphysical discussion about the concept of past lives and reincarnation through analysis of the teachings of past life regression hypnotherapist Dolores Cannon.
Throughout her 30 year career in UFOlogy and in past life regression Dolores Cannon was able to gain metaphysical esoteric knowledge like no other in her field.
She wrote many books including Between Death and Life, The Custodians, Jesus and the Essenes and her Convoluted Universe series.
I discuss how the teachings of Dolores Cannon have helped me to come to terms with the loss of loved ones in my life.
I also talk about the ambivalence one can feel when they have mixed feelings towards death. It is very common to experience cognitive dissonance or ambivalence at the thought of the passing of a loved one where the person is in a lot of pain and where they do not want to be here anymore.
Join me as I go through some of the thoughts that jump around my head. In Dolores Cannon's own words "The Convoluted Universe books are for those who are happy to have their minds bent like pretzels".
I discuss alien abductions, karma, past lives and childhood trauma in this episode.

The psychology of procrastination and indecision
In today's show I explore the psychology behind procrastination and indecision. Procrastination is the act of unnecessarily and voluntarily delaying or postponing something despite knowing that there could be negative consequences for doing so.
It is a common human experience involving delays in everyday chores or even putting off tasks such as attending an appointment, submitting a job report or academic assignment, or broaching a stressful issue with a partner. It is often perceived as a negative trait due to its hindering effect on one's productivity (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Productivity), associated with depression (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depression_(mood)), low self-esteem (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Self-esteem), guilt, and feelings of inadequacy. However, it can also be considered a wise response to certain demands that could present risky or negative outcomes or require waiting for new information to arrive.
I discuss the root causes of procrastination, how it manifests and ways to cope and manage its impact.

Alchemizing pain into your purpose w/Alfred Israel Mead
In today's show I chat with writer, poet, musician and published author Alfred Israel Mead. Alfred is an extraordinary artist of many talents who kindly agreed to speak with me about how he alchemizes his own pain through creative endeavors.
Published in 2021 his book 'The Novelty Effect: A Black Mirror Novel' is a story of death, love, dreams, personality disorders and megalomaniacs. It is a tale of despair amongst the skyscrapers of London. A new technology allows you to live among your dreams, but is life truly a dream? In one man's pursuit to escape suffering, does he multiply it?
We talk about Avoidant personality disorder, Borderline personality disorder, break down some of the traits and how diagnosed or undiagnosed one can resonate with some of the key traits of these disorders listed in the DSM.
Chronic feelings of emptiness, unstable self identity. We explore the Buddhist concept of Anatta or no self. We talk about maladaptive coping mechanisms and how to better navigate the world through self individuation and increased consciousness. We talk about sex as a form of self harm and how different levels of avoidance have affected our lives.
Alfred's many articles and poetry can be found here at https://medium.com/@alfredmead

Late Night Ramble
Good evening, it is 1am and I thought I would have a quick ramble about finding my voice. Have you ever felt you were never quite sure of who you are in the world. Honestly, at this point I'm still very much cringing as I begin to open up on this show.
The message here is that even if you have struggled all your life to find your own voice, it is never too late. It is never too late to be who you want to be and do what you came here to do. So let's call this "late night random ramble".

What does becoming more "conscious" mean?
In the spiritual community we often hear the terms "expanding your consciousness". "I'm expanding my consciousness". But what does this even mean. In this episode I give a brief description of what this means to me. I also talk about consumption... the consumption of self help material in books and in podcasts. Is it useful to over-consume. At what point do we stop consuming and start giving back... this is my aim with this show.
Thank you for listening. I would it if you could rate me on Apple, Spotify or wherever you CONSUME :) your podcasts. Paul :)
