[…] Though we're still researching as to how this mechanism occurs, we do know GLP-1 receptors are found on osteoblast or our bone building cells. So GLPs may possibly stimulate the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast leading to an increase in bone formation. They may also aid in reducing formation of those ages, which would then further prevent inflammation or bone tissue damage, leading to a stronger bone structure and bone quality. Thank you, Emily.
