[…] And most of them choose an eagle or a bear or a jaguar, whatever those animals are that they select that resonates with them. And then I tell them to ask several questions of themselves. How would that animal stand? How would that animal go after what he wants? How would that animal speak? So it's literally giving yourself questions to answer and then envision or imagine and picture. And then you sit there and practice doing those things. Exactly what you said. Practicing is what helps you hone and own anything that you do. Yeah. I think it would be a good idea to picture the other person as another animal, but an animal like an ostrich or something, like a goofy animal so that you're the lion and they're, you know, you're like, you're just an ostrich.
