But the fact we have a philosopher engaged. And as you make the point early on in the book, this is quite an unusual approach. It is. My co-author, the excellent philosopher, Professor Kassim Kassam, and I have been working for some years now on trying to see how we can rethink the understanding of terrorism by bringing together the insights of philosophers, as in his case, and a political historian, as in my own case, partly because philosophers have been much less present in the debate on terrorism than we thought was appropriate.
