<p>6 Desember 2022, DPR mengesahkan Rancangan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana menjadi undang-undang. Undang-Undang KUHP yang terdiri dari 624 pasal ini akan berlaku tiga tahun sejak disahkan. Pengesahan RKUHP diwarnai dengan pro-kontra, pemerintah menganggap perlu KUHP baru karena KUHP yang ada saat ini dianggap sudah usang dan tidak relevan lagi. Sementara di sisi lain, pasal-pasal dalam RKUHP dikritik bahkan sejak masih dalam pembahasan. Kebebasan berekspresi, pengaturan ranah privat, hingga kemunduran HAM, merupakan sederet kritik yang muncul terhadap UU ini. Bersama Taufik Basari, kita akan membahas ini semua</p>
