Hal ini disebut dengan self-diagnosis.</p> <p>Self-diagnosis adalah mendiagnosis diri sendiri mengidap sebuah gangguan atau penyakit berdasarkan pengetahuan diri sendiri atau informasi yang didapatkan secara mandiri (Halodoc, 2020). </p> <p>Alih-alih bermanfaat, self-diagnosis malah justru bisa membahayakan kesehatan kamu dan berpengaruh buruk pada kesehatan mental kamu, lho. </p> <p>Terus gimana kalau merasa ada gejala-gejala mental illness? Ga boleh baca info lebih lanjut di internet??? Bukan gitu! Sangat baik bagi kamu bila sudah aware mengalami kondisi yang kamu alami.. Mencari tahu informasi lebih banyak mengenai gejala tersebut sebelum kamu pergi ke pihak profesional justru sangat baik! Tapi… ingat batasannya yaa. Pengetahuan kita terbatas!
