<p>V Karlovarském kraji je nás nedostatek. Ženy si hledají mé služby na webu, pak si dáváme seznamovací schůzku a následují porady: měřím tlak, ozvy miminka, vyšetřím bříško. Mluvíme o porodním plánu a přáních. Postupně řešíme i péči po porodu a kojení. Ženy pak doprovázím do porodnice. Náš důvěrný vztah nám pomáhá při porodu i po něm. </p> <p>Pokračujeme v šestinedělí, kontroluji poporodní stav, konzultuji nošení, kojení a další péči. Obracejí se na mě pak i dál, kdykoliv mají nějaké potíže.</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p>

<p>K profesi laktační poradkyně mě přivedl mě můj vlastní příběh, kdy syn po porodu málo přibíral, a tak nám zavedli pravidelné vážení a vyslechla jsem si celou paletu rad. Stres z oddělení šestinedělí trochu opadl doma, ale stále nebylo přibírání ideální. Informace a rady od okolí, včetně pediatra, se hodně různily. <p>"Na “divokém západě” se ženy ozývají spíše až ke konci těhotenství, neznají benefity kontinuální péče. Já ale potřebuji ženu z těhotenství znát, abych pracovala komplexně.</p> <p>Jsem ve spojení se zdejšími dulami, které v kraji působí již dlouho, ale žádná komunitní PA tu nebyla.
