This podcast is a random assortment of those callers and their voicemails, which explore topics such as love, parenthood, death, addiction, cheating, and regret just as a few examples.
At the Beep is a project aimed at showing the human condition and experience through an anonymous phone line. The phone line is to stay open indefinitely for all of those that have something to say.

They say that the eyes are the window to the soul. I think there is truth in that statement. To be truly vulnerable with someone is to be able to look them in the eye when talking to them. It is inviting someone into your soul. Them seeing through the looking glass, the looking glass of yourself. There is no being yourself, no true friends, without being able to look them in the eye while talking to them. Or, anyone for that matter. That is to say, there are no true friends, no being yourself, without offering up your soul. Being afraid of this reflects more about yourself than the world around you.

The only thing preventing you from a meaningful life is your fear and lack of acceptance of this inevitable thing that we all must face. Accept this fact and you will no longer waste another minute. You will orient your life for YOU.

I hope everyone reading this has been able to have an amazing 2025. I hope you had both ups and downs, learning experiences, seen new places, caught up with old friends, cried and laughed, met new friends, gave and received good advice, learned about yourself, changed things about yourself, enjoyed some outside, enjoyed some inside, and overall had a productive year.
In short, I hope you had a well-rounded year. I know I did.
