Jennifer Logue on Why You Should Be the CEO of Your Own Job Search

At This Time, career coach Jennifer Logue drops the mic on job-search advice: there's no cheat code, no magic script — just you, being unapologetically yourself. After 15+ years in journalism and advertising, Jennifer now helps people stop blindly applying and start reflecting on what actually energizes them (hint: it's not the SAT-style interview prep everyone's doing). She breaks down why treating yourself like the CEO of your own career — non-negotiables and all — changes the entire game. Oh, and her secret weapon? Listening skills she picked up as a musician.
