E7. Å utvikle seg som fagperson med Saad Hashi og Firdawsa Ahmed
<p>Å vokse som fagperson er en kontinuerlig reise med læring og utvikling. Det innebærer å stadig utforske nye ideer, metoder og perspektiver innenfor ens felt. I siste episode av denne sesongen har vi gjort en liten tvist. I dag er det Firdawsa Ahmed og hennes medgrunder Saad Hashi som Atlaspodden intervjuer. Vi snakker om ulike perspektiver i arbeid med familier, om faglig utvikling og om bakgrunnen for oppstarten av Atlas Kompetanse i 2014.</p><p>God lytt!</p>

<p>I dag møter vi psykologistudent og daglig leder Tine Ledsten i Psykologistudenter Uten Grenser (PUG) i Oslo. I denne episoden snakker vi blant annet om rasisme, kulturalisme og implisitt bias ( ubevisste fordommer), Vi vil også få innsikt i hvordan studentorganisasjonen PUG øker studentenes kulturkompetanse.
