Atlin Family Church - Partner Appreciation Month! PT 1
Why do so many voices online attack biblical prosperity, and what does real partnership in ministry actually look like? Pastor Dale kicks off a five-part November series with an honest answer, and a bold one: partnership is not about making the pastor rich. Atlin Family Church is marking a little over two years of ministry by dedicating every Sunday in November to its partners. Pastor Dale says this is a subject he had never taught in full until God directed him to it this week. The month is both a thank-you to the people who give, pray and serve, and an introduction to the ministry for anyone who has just found the channel. There is no pressure to give. He invites you to watch all five videos, pray, and then decide. You'll discover: Why partnership is different from membership, and why Pastor Dale says it is not a "hoops to jump through" system The three marks of biblical partnership: shared vision, mutual responsibility and a reciprocal relationship What Paul's words in Philippians 1:3-5 reveal about believers who are active co-laborers, not pew warmers Why partnership goes beyond money to include prayer, gifts, time and connections, and why you can be a partner from anywhere in the world A fresh look at Deuteronomy 8:18 and 3 John 2, plus a quote from Andrew Wommack: "Money isn't prosperity. Money is the byproduct of prosperity." Pastor Dale also tackles the question of why some Christians seem blessed while others do not. He warns against judging God's word by looking at other people, and he explains why what you do after you give matters as much as the giving itself. If you have ever bristled at the phrase "prosperity message," or wondered what it means to be more than a bystander in your church, this opening video sets the foundation for the rest of the series. Part two covers what Atlin Family Church has accomplished with its partners and where the ministry is headed. Perfect for current partners, curious newcomers, and anyone ready to examine what the Bible says about finances. Grab your coffee, tea or hot chocolate and settle in for a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. Questions? Reach out at AtlinFamilyChurch.ca. New videos post Sundays at 10 AM.

Christian Boot Camp PT 4 - Obedience
Christian Boot Camp PT 4 - Obedience. What if the missing piece in your Christian walk is not more effort, but obedient action? Pastor Dale McDonald shows why faith only becomes powerful when you hear God clearly and then actually do what He says. In this message from the Engaged Faith series, Dale uses a bold boot camp and battlefield analogy to explain why believers need more than belief. He breaks down the foundation of Christian discipline - faith, prayer, hearing God, obedience, righteousness, and holiness - and shows how each one prepares you to live the life God intends. You'll discover: * Why prayer is conversation with God, not a speech to God * How to recognize God's voice through His Word, His Spirit, and even other people * Why writing down what you hear can keep you from missing what God said * The difference between passive belief and faith that moves * How obedience positions you for miracles, guidance, and breakthrough Dale also unpacks scriptures from 1 John 5, James 1, Matthew 7, and Philippians 2 to show that God is not asking you to perform for love - He is inviting you to respond to love. His challenge is simple but urgent: stop trying to build your life on your own strength, and start trusting the One who already knows the end from the beginning. If you have ever felt stuck, spiritually dry, or unsure how to move forward, this episode points you back to the basics that change everything. Essential listening if you want a stronger foundation, clearer direction, and a faith that actually works.

Christian Boot Camp PT3 - Hearing God
Prayer is not talking at God—it’s learning to hear Him. Join us Sunday October 4th at 10 AM PCT for PT 3 of Christian Boot Camp - Listening To God. If you’ve been stuck in routine religion, wondering why your faith feels stalled or direction feels unclear, Pastor Dale’s teaching on the third part of his Christian Boot Camp series will challenge you to listen differently. He breaks down why real prayer is a two-way conversation, why babbling and trying to convince God miss the point, and how hearing His voice changes everything about the next step you take. This episode pulls together the disciplines of faith, prayer, and discernment into a practical path for growing closer to God and walking with more confidence. You’ll discover: Why prayer is communication, not performance How to recognize the difference between talking to God and talking with God What it means to hear God’s voice through revelation and Scripture Why the Holy Spirit matters in everyday guidance How obedience becomes the natural next step after hearing from Him Pastor Dale also revisits Matthew 6, Ephesians 6:18, 1 Corinthians 14:15, John 10:27, and John 14:23–26 to show how God speaks, leads, and teaches His people today. He connects that teaching to a bigger warning for believers: the world is getting louder, more confusing, and increasingly anti-Christ, which makes learning to recognize God’s voice more urgent than ever. This is essential teaching if you want more than surface-level Christianity. If you’re hungry for a deeper relationship with God, want clarity for your next season, or need encouragement that He’s still speaking, this episode points the way forward. Speaker: Pastor Dale McDonald, host of Atlin Family Church Engaged Faith, shares teaching from Atlin, BC on prayer, hearing from God, and the next step in the Christian walk. Join us Sunday October 4th at 10 AM PCT for PT 3 of Christian Boot Camp - Listening To God.

Christian Boot Camp PT 2 - Prayer
Prayer changes everything when you stop treating it like a monologue and start treating it like a conversation with God. In this video Pastor Dale breaks down the second part of his Christian Boot Camp message series and shows why the real breakthrough comes from talking with God, listening for His response, and praying from a place of confidence, not desperation. Using the boot camp analogy throughout, Dale explains how spiritual discipline trains believers to grow in maturity, develop their gifts, and become effective in what God has called them to do. He makes prayer simple and direct: it is communication with God, not vain repetition, not babbling, and not trying to convince God to care. It is two-way relationship, guided by Scripture, faith, and the Holy Spirit. You’ll discover: Why prayer is meant to be two-way communication, not talking at God How Matthew 6, Ephesians 6, 1 Corinthians 14, Hebrews 4, Hebrews 10, 1 John 5, and Romans 8 reshape the way you pray Why praying in the Spirit matters, and how to ask God for interpretation How to pray with confidence from right standing, not guilt or fear Why strong faith and strong prayer work together to reveal God’s plan for your life How to stop overcomplicating prayer and start expecting God to answer Dale also shares practical, down-to-earth illustrations, from a conversation with a friend over coffee to a child running into a parent’s arms, to show what trust and intimacy with God actually look like. If you have ever wondered whether God hears you, how to pray more effectively, or how to recognize His voice in the middle of everyday life, this message will encourage you and challenge you. Essential listening if you want a simpler, deeper, more confident prayer life and a clearer sense of how God leads His people.

Christian Boot Camp PT 2 - Prayer Intro
Join us Sunday September 27 at 10 AM PT for the full message on prayer. If you’ve ever felt like you had to “say it right” for God to hear you, this is for you - drop a if that’s been you. When we pray He already knows what we need, what we want, and what we are carrying. Prayer isn’t a performance. It’s communication Speak honestly & listen on purpose. Trust the response, even if it’s not instant. That shift changed everything for me. The goal isn’t talking at God - it’s learning to talk with Him. #PrayerLife (https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/prayerlife?__cft__[0]=AZj_bcZLFN_gJmDbxW4BKeOAzcnVZUm6S9Mw9jaGJKL_jOZqoyvdCFTijEYF42EMlcRExhrl1skhzltqjxyY8I7tfc54oRJ_oaeJuD_IQpvLOyE9k-pp0L15JPv355ra8qwghq07LKTtsNvjjd74RC4&__tn__=*NK-R) #FaithTalk (https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/faithtalk?__cft__[0]=AZj_bcZLFN_gJmDbxW4BKeOAzcnVZUm6S9Mw9jaGJKL_jOZqoyvdCFTijEYF42EMlcRExhrl1skhzltqjxyY8I7tfc54oRJ_oaeJuD_IQpvLOyE9k-pp0L15JPv355ra8qwghq07LKTtsNvjjd74RC4&__tn__=*NK-R) #ChristianEncouragement (https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/christianencouragement?__cft__[0]=AZj_bcZLFN_gJmDbxW4BKeOAzcnVZUm6S9Mw9jaGJKL_jOZqoyvdCFTijEYF42EMlcRExhrl1skhzltqjxyY8I7tfc54oRJ_oaeJuD_IQpvLOyE9k-pp0L15JPv355ra8qwghq07LKTtsNvjjd74RC4&__tn__=*NK-R) #atlinfamilychurch (https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/atlinfamilychurch?__cft__[0]=AZj_bcZLFN_gJmDbxW4BKeOAzcnVZUm6S9Mw9jaGJKL_jOZqoyvdCFTijEYF42EMlcRExhrl1skhzltqjxyY8I7tfc54oRJ_oaeJuD_IQpvLOyE9k-pp0L15JPv355ra8qwghq07LKTtsNvjjd74RC4&__tn__=*NK-R) #SpiritualGrowth (https://www.facebook.com/hashtag/spiritualgrowth?__cft__[0]=AZj_bcZLFN_gJmDbxW4BKeOAzcnVZUm6S9Mw9jaGJKL_jOZqoyvdCFTijEYF42EMlcRExhrl1skhzltqjxyY8I7tfc54oRJ_oaeJuD_IQpvLOyE9k-pp0L15JPv355ra8qwghq07LKTtsNvjjd74RC4&__tn__=*NK-R)

Christian Boot Camp PT 1 -Faith
Christian Boot Camp - PT 1 Faith Pastor Dale opens a five-part series on the core disciplines of the Christian walk, using a boot camp framework to show why faith is foundational. This message focuses on faith as the starting point for everything God does through us, and it sets up the next teaching on prayer by showing how the two work together. Pastor Dale discusses the difference between merely believing God exists and living by active faith, how faith grows through hearing and applying the Word, and why every believer has a unique ministry and assignment. Key topics In this episode: why the Christian life needs training, discipline, and repeated basics just like boot camp Pastor Dale shares the five core elements of Christian discipline: Faith Prayer Hearing God Obedience Righteousness and holy living Faith is not just intellectual agreement that God exists James 2 is used to show that faith without action is useless Hebrews 11:1 is used to define faith as substance and evidence, not wishful thinking Romans 10:17 is used to explain how faith grows by hearing the Word of Christ A believer’s faith determines how much they can receive from God and how effectively He can work through them Faith affects healing, prosperity, direction, and ministry impact Pastor Dale emphasizes that God gives each believer a unique calling and position in the body of Christ The message ends by introducing prayer as the next element of Christian discipline Timestamps 00:00 - Christian Boot Camp and the five core Christian disciplines 02:28 - Why believers need training like soldiers in boot camp 05:39 - Our weapons are spiritual, not worldly 08:13 - Faith without works is useless 10:35 - Faith and prayer work together 21:18 - Faith is foundational to the Christian walk 23:09 - James 2: faith that only believes facts is not enough 28:38 - Hebrews 11:6 and pleasing God through faith 31:53 - Faith is substance, not theory 32:51 - Faith grows by hearing the Word 35:47 - God has a unique purpose and calling for every believer 40:40 - Introducing prayer as the second element of Christian discipline 43:43 - Prayer as communication with God, not a ritual 44:29 - Closing invitation and church meeting times Notable quotes Copy “Faith is foundational to our spiritual walk with God.” Copy “Prayer is not talking to God. The New You
Steps Toward The New You Pastor Dale McDonald of Atlin Family Church teaches a step-by-step Christian message about spiritual growth, starting with being born again and moving beyond that first decision. The episode matters because he teaches that many believers stop at the beginning or first step and miss the fullness of what God has for them. He explains how faith, renewal of the mind, the Holy Spirit, and the authority that Jesus gave us, born again believers all work together in the believer’s life. He also prays with listeners who want to become born again for the first time. Key topics In this episode, Dale frames the Christian life as a journey of steps toward “The new You,” not a one-time event. He contrasts self improvement systems that cost money with the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. He reads John 3:3 to 7 and Acts 4:12 to explain being born again is step one in Christianity. He leads a salvation prayer for listeners who have never committed their heart to Jesus. He emphasizes that believers are not alone because the Holy Spirit lives within them. He teaches that the mind and flesh do not automatically change, so renewal and training are required. He points to 2 Corinthians 5:17 to describe the believer, as a new creation. He says the born-again believer has access to the authority and power of Jesus’ name. He connects the church with all born again believers, not a building, and says ministry is for every believer. He presents the baptism in the Holy Spirit, with the evidence of speaking in tongues, as an important next step after salvation. He encourages believers to expect the same kind of results the early church saw, including healing, deliverance, and miracles. He closes by inviting listeners to continue taking steps, ask questions, and join Atlin Family Church for Bible study or Sunday service. Action items If you have never done so, pray the salvation prayer and receive Jesus. Stop treating being born again as the only step. It is only the first step of many that God asks of us! Begin renewing your mind with Scripture. Ask God for the next step instead of trying to see the whole plan at once. Learn about the baptism in the Holy Spirit and continue forward in faith. Expect God to work through you, not just for you. Reach out to Atlin Family Church if you want help taking the next step.

Who Do You Say I Am? Part 4 intro
I am excited to conclude my 4 part message on this Sunday at 10 AM PT. If you missed the first 3 parts please go back & watch those first! Who Do You Say I Am? ### The Danger of Misplaced Trust Relying on personal experiences or opinions rather than the Word of God can be detrimental. Pastor Dale warns against the mindset of believing we have life figured out based on our limited understanding. When we choose to ignore the truth of God’s Word, we risk living in willful ignorance, which can significantly impact our spiritual journey and relationships with others. ## Aligning Your Belief System Our belief system is foundational to our lives as Christians. Pastor Dale stresses that our beliefs will determine not only our earthly existence but also our eternal fate. It’s crucial to base our beliefs on the truth of Scripture rather than personal experiences or societal norms. Only by doing so can we ensure that we are living in accordance with God’s will for our lives. ### The Ripple Effect of Our Beliefs Misguided beliefs can have a ripple effect on those around us. If we are not aligned with the truth, we may miss opportunities to be a blessing to others. Pastor Dale encourages us to seek authentic relationships and to share the truth of God’s Word with those in our lives.

Who do you say I am? Part 3
Who do you say I am? Part 3 That question isn’t just a biblical one — it’s so personal, so crucial to our lives today. In my journey, I’ve learned that belief isn’t about titles or labels. It’s about knowing Jesus as the Messiah, the Son of the Living God — not just what I’ve heard, but what I’ve personally experienced through revelation. When Peter declared Jesus, as the Christ, it shifted everything — his purpose, his destiny. That same revelation can do the same for us. It’s the foundation that opens the door to all God’s promises: healing, provision, peace, and true relationship. But here’s the truth — if we get it wrong, if our perception of Jesus is based on misinformation or misunderstanding, we can shut the door on those blessings. Our belief system, what we really know in our hearts, determines what we receive from Him. So, I ask again — who do you say Jesus is? Because your answer affects not just today, but your eternity. Knowing the truth of who Jesus really is, deep in your heart, is the most important thing you can do!
