В 1910-е годы в стенах Бюро состоялась первая в столице персональная экспозиция Наталии Гончаровой, а Казимир Малевич впервые представил «Черный квадрат». Добычина давала возможность демонстрировать свои работы молодым художникам-экспериментаторам, среди которых Марк Шагал и Юрий Анненков.<p>Также она собирала собственную коллекцию искусства, в которую вошли живопись и графика Александра Бенуа, Кузьмы Петрова-Водкина, Валентины Ходасевич и других мастеров первой половины XX века.</p>
