Learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education is very much needed to foster the attitude of citizens expected by the nation and in fostering a Smart and Good Citizenship Young Generation, because Citizenship Education regulates how citizens not only regulate and obey the state, but also teach how citizens it must be tolerant and independent. In the 4.0 industrial revolution it has fundamentally changed the way human activities have been and has had a major influence on the behavior and habits of citizens, especially youth. Therefore, the importance of learning Pancasila and Citizenship Education is to build a smart young generation and good citizenship. And with the provision of citizenship knowledge, citizenship skills, and citizenship dispositions contained in citizenship education learning, it is hoped that Indonesian citizens will be able to actively build the nation and state based on Pancasila and the '45 Constitution.

hello I am Aulia Kiswahni with NIM two thousand four two hundred four permission to answer nurul questions.
the era of disruption is a phenomenon when people shift activities that were initially carried out in the real world to reach the virtual world, the era of disruption certainly has a major impact on the development of today's media. Several social media platforms today have facilitated it, the impact is that someone who is not from the media circle or works in an institution can now become a source of information for other people. For example, the live streaming feature on Instagram, in a condition when someone is faced with a big or extraordinary event, he can immediately spread the incident to the audience, even the mass media often uses it as a source for news. And sometimes there are wrong targets, so that ideally it is not changing the whole pattern of mass media, because every media has advantages and has characteristics. Many of us have encountered a number of media on the pretext of innovating, which has even lowered the quality of their content. With the important assumption that it is "contemporary" and tries to facilitate the needs of the millennial generation, in the end the goal is unclear and "goes too far".

literacy is defined as the way a person interprets and understands a writing. The purpose of media literacy is for audiences to understand and see media content, media effects, and the media industry. Developing media literacy skills also makes a person better understand oneself and which information needs are appropriate for oneself. If the audience tries to be able to analyze, understand, look for problem points to reconstruct information and retell it in simple language, then literacy skills will increase. There are at least seven skills that someone will have and will certainly help someone live their life because they may be controlled by certain interests and protect themselves from spreading news that are not necessarily true or hoaxes.
