Unsere Gesprächspartnerin Antonia Albert ist derzeit Auszubildende bei Alnatura. Während ihrer Ausbildung zur Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement engagiert sie sich auch als Ausbildungsbotschafterin bei der IHK Darmstadt: In Schulklassen sucht sie das Gespräch mit Jugendlichen und berichtet von ihrem Weg in die Ausbildung, ihrem Beruf und ihrem Ausbildungsbetrieb. Wer Antonia zuhört, merkt nicht nur, wie spannend sie ihren Beruf findet, sondern auch, warum sie sich gerade für Alnatura entschieden hat und mit welcher Begeisterung sie die Werte und Ziele ihres Unternehmens weitergibt.

Zum Thema Ausbildungsqualität haben wir mit Oliver Vatter gesprochen. Er ist Ausbildungsleiter bei Procter & Gamble in Groß-Gerau und für die Metallberufe zuständig. Außerdem verantwortet er das Azubi-Recruiting. Herr Vatter berichtet unter anderem, was für ihn eine gute Ausbilung ausmacht und welche Rolle er als Ausbilder dabei hat.
