style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">事实上,对于许多人来说,自残是一种宣泄当前状态的方式,而引起自残的原因可能是由于当前或过去的生活困难而引起的不舒服的情绪。比如:对即将到来的考试感到异常的焦虑和恐惧,因被同龄人排斥而感到悲伤,因回忆童年时期遭受的虐待而产生恐惧,因家庭冲突而产生愤怒;这些都可能会诱发自残行为。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">这就是为什么尽管自残行为已经造成了很多不良的后果(比如:创伤,疤痕,病耻感,有的甚至会上瘾),自残行为仍然很难干预。因此,在治疗前,我们首先要认识到这一点,然后在自残及自残背后的原因中找到平衡点及切入点。</p><span><br /></span><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span><strong style="color:#FC5832;word-break:break-all;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-weight: normal;">(2)自杀行为与自残行为是不同的</strong></span></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">自杀的目的是结束所有的一切,包括情感和感受。自残的目的是转移情感或者感受。当然,有的学者认为自残行为对自杀行为有很强的预示性,也有学者认为自残行为本质上就是自杀行为。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">自残与自杀是有联系的。自残与自杀行为经常会同时发生,一些年轻人将自残作为避免自己自杀的一种方式,其中一个孩子曾经这样向我们描述:“我觉得活着没意思,觉得非常痛苦,我有强烈的自杀想法,但是我不想杀死我自己,所以我选择割脉,因为这样可以让我自杀的意念变得迟钝和不那么强烈”。同时也有研究表明,自残的频率越高,自杀的风险就越高。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><strong style="color:#FC5832;word-break:break-all;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-weight: normal;"><span>(3)自残不应该被忽视或者被惩罚!</span></strong></p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">尽管大部分人(尤其是孩子)的自残是偷偷进行的,但是在一部分人中,自残是他们寻求关注的一种方式,比如:当他们故意将伤口展示给你看的时候,那么很有可能,他在采用这种极端的方式寻求关注(原因通常是通过正常方式得不到你的关注)。因此,更加科学的回应方式是思考他们为什么会出现自残?自残背后的原因是什么?他们想表达什么?</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">此时,你不该做什么?!</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">此时你不应该评价,批评,生气,愤怒,歇斯底里,或严厉地惩罚他们,因为这些反应会使你们之间的沟通交流戛然而止,不仅对改善他/她的自残没有帮助,反而会进一步恶化他们的自残行为. 保持冷静,多一点理解和同理心!</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal"><span><strong style="color:#FC5832;word-break:break-all;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;font-weight: normal;">(4)克服自残行为,学会忍受消极情绪</strong></span></p><p data-flag="normal">大多数人自残是因为很难接纳和忍受他们的消极情绪,他们只知道自己感觉很不好,很糟糕,就急于想改变这种感觉,而自残是可以快速改变这种糟糕的情绪和感受的方式。因此,我们的目标是先让他们冷静下来,再教他们用健康的、合理的方式表达他们的不良情绪,而不是用自残的方式来压制这些情绪。</p><p style="color:#333333;font-weight:normal;font-size:16px;line-height:30px;font-family:Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;hyphens:auto;text-align:justify;" data-flag="normal">正如“正念减压”创始人乔恩•卡巴特-津恩所描述的那样,“你无法阻挡海浪,但你可以学会冲浪。”情绪调节技能包括深呼吸、一些放松技巧及向他人倾诉。在短期内,健康的应对方式虽然不会像自残那样可以迅速改变他们的情绪状态和感受。但从长远来看,这些方式会增强一个人处理困难情况和情绪的能力,让年轻人在生活中不断前进时,也能感受到愉快。</p><p
