Innere Kündigung, „Team“ und andere Lügen
In der zweiten Folge von „Lead“ geht es um weitere Punkte in der Analysephase. Exemplarisch werden hier das Thema „innere Kündigung“ und Begriffe wie „Team“ angesprochen. Innere Kündigung ist ein Symptom für eine ungesunde Organisation und ist Folge von mangelhafter Führung. „Dienst nach Vorschrift“ ist eines von mehreren Merkmalen von „innerer Kündigung“. Arbeit in Nischen ist oft eine Begleiterscheinung. Gründe für innere Kündigung sind unter anderem: fehlende Zukunftsperspektiven, fehlende Ziele / fehlende Wirksamkeitserfahrung, Wertkonflikte und Anerkennungs-/Wertschätzungsdefizite. Anhand des Beispiels „Team“ wird die (fehlerhafte) Verwendung von Begriffen thematisiert. Teams zeichnen sich gegenüber Gruppen vor allem durch eine gemeinsame Zielsetzung aus. Diese ist in der Praxis jedoch oft nicht konkret genug gegeben. Neben „Team“ werden auch Begriffe wie „Evangelium“, „die Botschaft“ etc. verwendet, ohne einen Konsens bzgl. des Inhalts zu haben.
