About Authentic Voice Leadership | Kingdom Business, Mindset, Build Authority, Overcome Imposter Syndrome

Are you tired of living someone else's version of your story because your self-worth has been the main thing keeping you from stepping fully into your purpose? Do you ever find yourself shrinking back when all eyes are on you, wondering if your voice is actually something anyone wants to hear? Are you fearful of sharing your story publicly because you are worried about the vulnerability and judgment that might follow? Are you tired of feeling like a workhorse that never gets a break, fighting the urge to operate at a constant level 10 intensity just to keep up? Does the voice in your head ever ask, "who are you to be telling anybody how to be successful?" while you struggle to quiet the mind chatter before you speak? I am so excited you are here! This podcast will help you build confidence and authentic authority, scale your business without burnout, love your voice, and craft your story for deeper connection as you step into your purpose. Hey, I'm Dr. Leslie Davis — a wife, mom, worship leader, and the founder of MindShift Leadership and Learning. For most of my life I have been navigating the tension between the voice I carried and the voice I was actually willing to use. I was chasing larger-than-life expectations I could never measure up to, cracking under the pressure of performing at level 10 just to be taken seriously, and grinding through high-pressure programs that left me more disheartened than empowered until I completely lost the joy of using my voice. I finally realized that to lead with radiant authority, I had to stop striving and start becoming — aligning who I am with who He created me to be. So, I built a framework that actually fits how I am wired. A soul-aligned strategy I could sustain. A way of leading and teaching that feels like freedom instead of force. And I am ready to share it with you. If you are ready to finally find an aligned framework for connection, communication, and success mindsets that is built for leaders who use their voice for a living... Authentic authority solutions that are soul-aligned, simple, and strategic... Results that are undeniable — like radiating confidence in every room, a deeper connection with God and yourself, and scaling your impact without the burnout... This podcast is for you! Go grab your hot toddy and a journal, and let's dive in!
