Bonus: Making Room for Real Life - A Mid-Season Pause

In this short mid-season check-in, I’m making room for real life. Between work, moving, and everything happening at once, I realized I needed to pause instead of forcing myself to create just to stay on schedule. So I’m taking a few weeks to get settled and coming back in September to finish Season 3 with Episodes 6–8. Sometimes changing the timeline doesn’t mean giving up on the goal. As always, remember to contend for the greatness inside of you. I am rooting for you.

Can You Trust God and Still Be Angry? Honest Conversations for Faith-Driven Women

Have you ever wondered if feeling angry with God means you’ve lost faith or questioned whether your raw emotions have a place in your journey with Him? In this honest episode, I open up about my personal struggle with grief, frustration, and the complex emotions that come with losing someone dear especially when faith doesn’t always feel calm or certain. Through sharing my own story about losing my grandmother and the waves of anger and sorrow that followed, I explore how faith and honest emotions can coexist. This isn’t about glossing over our pain with spiritual platitudes, but about letting ourselves feel, process, and ultimately bring those difficult feelings before God. I reflect on how God’s patience and love have met me right in the midst of my mess, even when I couldn’t find the words or the desire to pray. Together, we’ll dig into how embracing vulnerability, rather than pushing it aside, can bring us closer to healing and deeper faith. We will cover topics like: • Navigating seasons of anger and grief in your faith walk • How comparison and self-criticism show up in loss • Understanding spiritual bypassing and honest vulnerability • Leaning into God’s presence even when you’re hurting If you’ve been wrestling with tough emotions and wondered if that disqualifies you from God’s nearness, I hope this episode offers you comfort and companionship. You don’t have to have it all together to draw close to God or to lead others with purpose. Let’s reflect, heal, and grow together right in the middle of our imperfect stories.
