Afl. 77 Het verhaal achter het verhaal. [De zoektocht naar mezelf podcast, maar dan anders]
Het was hoog tijd voor een nieuwe podcast, vond ik! 🗣️ Er zijn veel nieuwe volgers bijgekomen 🙏🏻🤗 waarschijnlijk vanwege het interview met mij op Linda.nl (https://www.linda.nl/persoonlijk/sanne-autisme-taboe-doorbreken-autitalent/) Op dit interview ben ik rationeel gezien super trots natuurlijk, maar, ik voel het niet zo. Het gaat even niet zo lekker. Als je het artikel leest dan krijg je het idee dat het súper met mij gaat en dat het allemaal helemaal geweldig is. En het ís ook een succesverhaal 😀 toch zit er achter elk succesverhaal een mens met een leven die in ups & downs gaat. En nu zit ik even in een down. Dat is oké. Het kan niet altijd maar super gaan. Ik heb hulp en ben ermee aan de slag, dat is het belangrijkste. Ik vond het tijd voor een podcast omdat ik ervan hou om taboes door te breken. Dus ik vertel eerlijk hoe het met me gaat. Juist als het dan even niet zo goed gaat. Ik heb ook tips voor als jij door een dip gaat, die pas ik zelf ook toe. Wanneer de volgende podcast komt weet ik nog niet. De podcast maak ik om een steun te zijn voor anderen, om te inspireren. De laatste tijd werd het een ‘moeten’ en dat is niet hoe ik het wil insteken. De podcast maak ik wanneer ik zelf geïnspireerd ben en iets te vertellen heb. En dat was nu 😄 wat ik ga proberen is om vaker een story op Instagram te plaatsen om te updaten hoe het gaat. Maar ook hier, als het niet lukt, dan lukt het niet. Wees lief voor jezelf en voor anderen! ❤️ -x- Sanne

Afl. 76 Ontploffingsgevaar! [De zoektocht naar mezelf podcast, maar dan anders]
Zo, er is weer mega veel gebeurd in de laatste weken. Dit had ik nooit kunnen bedenken van tevoren. Vakantie, auto-ongeluk (niks aan de hand met mij gelukkig), soort van samenwonen, enzovoort. Het thema van deze podcast is overgevoeligheid. Dit past wel bij de emotie-explosies die ik heb gehad omdat het allemaal wel heel veel verandering was in 1x om te verwerken voor mij. Ik zou zeggen, veel kijk- of luisterplezier weer en tot de volgende! Afl. 75 Alles kan, toch? [De zoektocht naar mezelf podcast, maar dan anders]
Jullie zijn echt mijn motivator! 💪🏻 De foto die bij deze post zit is iets minder fleurig dan je bent gewend, omdat ik de afgelopen tijd in een dipje zat met weinig energie. Het ging allemaal wel, maar niet van harte. Sinds afgelopen week heb ik eindelijk weer wat meer energie 🔋 Het is een week sinds ik de podcast opnam en alle tips die ik binnenkreeg besprak. Iets met te veel willen en niet alles kunnen. Het bleek dat 100% van jullie óók te veel van zichzelf vraagt. Aan de ene kant niet goed natuurlijk, maar aan de andere kant ook weer geruststellend. We zitten in hetzelfde schuitje. De motivatie voor de hernieuwde energie kwam van jou als luisteraar. Van alle tips a.d.v. de luisteraarsvraag maar ook van alle lieve berichtjes die ik krijg.
