Met nog geen 50 jaar op de teller is Almere een relatief jonge stad. Dat betekent dat veel inwoners hier kwamen als nieuwkomer. Zoals Mo Hersi, proces manager bij PostNL, maar ook burgemeester Hein van der Loo. Samen gaan ze in gesprek naar aanleiding van vragen van andere nieuwkomers in de stad. Via onderwerpen als familie, sport, eten en mentale gezondheid leren ze elkaar kennen en schetsen ze tegelijk een fraai beeld van een groeiende en bloeiende stad.

Alledrie blijken we op onze eigen manier te proberen de vooroordelen te doorbreken. En misschien hebben we die vooroordelen ook weleens in ons voordeel gebruikt... ;)
