Med tanke på det intresset har Robert idag fått sitt drömjobb: som samhällsvägledare vid RICS, Romskt informations- och kunskapscenter i Malmö.

Michal Jono Stankov är programmeraren som arbetar på ett stort vitvaruföretag med att få olika digitala produkter att kommunicera med varandra. Det är ett självständigt jobb som sker framför datorn, vilket gjort det möjligt för Michal att arbeta hemifrån. Det var ett beslut han fattade långt innan corona, och idag har både hans fru och hans vuxne son följt hans exempel. Vi får följa med honom hem till huset där hela familjen arbetar, tränar och äter lunch ihop.

Ruzena, modersmålslärare
I många år arbetade Ruzena Horvat på en skola i Malmö, där hon lade märke till att många av de romska barnen tappade sitt eget språk i skolan. Ruzena ville göra mer för de här barnen, så hon beslutade sig för att utbilda sig till modersmålslärare. Idag undervisar hon romska barn på 14 olika skolor i Malmö och i programmet träffar vi två av barnen.
