Please subscribe to our YouTube page to receive notices on all new podcasts as well helping us grow our audience. https://www.youtube.com/c/NewClevelandRadioPodcasting is about more than sharing stories. It's about discovering the wisdom hidden in our experiences and finding connections that help us better understand ourselves, our purpose, and the world around us.Welcome to Your Purpose, Your Power, Your Journey to Authenticity.I'm Karen Hale, producer and host of the podcast. My mission is simple: to invite remarkable people to share their life journeys with you, our listeners. I believe that when we truly listen to one another, we gain valuable insight into ourselves and a deeper appreciation for the wonder, resilience, and possibilities that life offers.Today, I am delighted to welcome Ellen Edmondson.Ellen is a multi-award-winning author, intuition mentor, and spiritual guide dedicated to helping individuals strengthen their connection to their soul, Divine Source, and authentic purpose. Through her work, she encourages others to live with greater compassion, self-awareness, and intention. Her acclaimed book, A Place of Love & Light: A Journey Back to Compassion, Authenticity, and Making a Positive Contribution to the World, has inspired readers across the globe to reconnect with their inner wisdom, open their hearts, and create lives filled with greater meaning and purpose.I'll admit that I typically approach spiritual topics with a healthy dose of skepticism. Sometimes spiritual messages can feel distant from everyday reality. What intrigued me about Ellen's story, however, is that her work was born from a profound personal awakening in 2013, an experience that transformed the direction of her life and inspired her commitment to helping others navigate their own journeys of growth and self-discovery.As Ellen shares her story today, I invite you to listen with an open mind and an open heart. Perhaps you will discover an insight, a perspective, or a reminder that helps illuminate your own path, not only today but in the days ahead.Welcome, Ellen. We're honored to have you with us.https://book.ellenedmondson.com/a-place-of-loveIf you are looking for a Personal Coach contact Karen at #YESICAN coaching with Karenkh.yesican1@gmail.com440 526 1530

Please subscribe to our YouTube page to receive notices on all new podcasts as well helping us grow our audience. https://www.youtube.com/c/NewClevelandRadiohttps://newclevelandradio.net/If you would like to be a podcast host or guest please contact Karen at newclevelandradio@gmail.comI'm Karen Hale, your host and producer. Some of you may remember this podcast by its former name, Avoid the Maze. About a year ago, I rebranded both the title and the vision of the show to better reflect what I truly want to share with listeners. This podcast is about real people. Not celebrities or public figures, but everyday men and women who are taking meaningful steps toward living authentically, pursuing purpose, and making a difference in their communities. My guest today, Dallas Martz, connected with me through PodMatch.com, a platform I like to describe as a dating service that brings podcast hosts and guests together based on shared interests and meaningful stories.Dallas has a remarkable story. He helped build a collegiate summer baseball team from the ground up in a town where he knew almost no one. There was no established staff, no roster, and no history to build upon. What started as a job in baseball became one of the most meaningful experiences of his life. Now, before you decide this episode isn't for you because baseball isn't your passion, stay with me.While baseball initially drew me to Dallas's story, what I discovered is that this conversation is really about something much bigger: building community.Growing up in the 1950s and 1960s, community was an important part of daily life. Neighbors knew one another. Side doors were often left unlocked because people felt connected, safe, and united. There was a genuine sense of belonging.Today, Dallas will share the inspiration behind his book, It Was Never Just Baseball. While the book is filled with baseball stories, its deeper message is about the power of relationships, meaningful conversations, and creating connections that bring people together.By the end of today's episode, I hope you'll be inspired to do something simple yet powerful: start a conversation, meet a neighbor, and help create the kind of community many of us miss and long for.You can learn more about Dallas and his work by visiting DallasMartzBooks.com.Today's episode is sponsored by Dallas's book; It Was Never Just Baseball. This podcast is also sponsored by #YesICan Coaching with Karen, providing affordable life coaching designed to help you move forward with confidence, purpose, and authenticity.
