[…] What we know there is that below 160 knots in a properly configured aircraft, the enunciation would be too low flaps. The too low terrain call out means that the aircraft is traveling faster, which we know from the flight data recorder information, and can piece together because the pilots are calling for flaps 30 at roughly 42 feet long. Because at 41 seconds, it's called for 30 degrees. At 40 seconds, the electronic 40 call-out happens. Yeah, so what it sounds like is you have one of two pilots and the aircraft pleading with the pilot actually flying to do different things, to stop doing what they're doing, adjust their approach, abandon their approach, maybe.
