Mercury rules our communication, travel, and mental processing, and when it goes retrograde about 3 to 4 times a year, it asks us to review, recalibrate, and reset. This guided Mercury retrograde meditation will help you calm your mind and embrace a slower pace with care. Through a mind-softening breath, you’ll settle mental energy and drop back into your body. You’ll set an intention for how you use your words, practice discernment, and trust that this season can unfold in its natural timing. Mercury retrograde in Scorpio takes us deeper into our emotional past: secrets, grudges, and lingering imprints on the psyche. In this practice, you’ll gently notice what feelings are ready to be re-examined, honor those parts of you with love and kindness, and release what no longer serves you through the palms of your hands into the light of the sun and stars.
