AYP 131: Years of Zen Meditation in Seven Days – Brian Alcorn

Brian Alcorn | Executive Director of BioCybernaut Institute, Certified Neurofeedback Trainer & Founder of Infinite Faith Outreach Foundation ✦ Holomovement Purpose Lab ✦ What if the purpose you've been searching for has been right in front of you all along? In this episode, Zenka Caro sits down with Brian Alcorn, executive director of the BioCybernaut Institute, where seven days of intensive neurofeedback training are claimed to produce brainwave patterns associated with 20 to 40 years of Zen meditation. Brian's work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, personal transformation, and faith, helping people quiet the mental noise that keeps them from recognizing who they really are. Brian's journey took him through entrepreneurship, a restaurant business, years of self-help books, psychedelics, world-class coaching, and spiritual exploration before he found his way to BioCybernaut. He shares how watching friends transform through brainwave training drew him into the work, why the brain needs feedback to recognize its own patterns, and how a deepening relationship with Christ reshaped his understanding of purpose. Along the way, he tells the story of a luxury watch that appeared after he stopped trying to find it, a worm crossing a sidewalk that became a lesson in invisible guidance, and the surprising wisdom he found in the biblical meaning of pressure. Brian and Zenka explore why purpose isn't a destination you arrive at but a trail you discover by walking it, why the things you keep returning to may be the biggest clues, and how learning to let go can change what becomes possible. This is a conversation about finding stillness beneath the noise, trusting the paths you can't yet see, and realizing that what you've been looking for may have been inside you all along. ✦ Enter the Lab ✦ 📚 Browse the research, books, tools + resources: https://www.lightnet.org/labs/purpose 🔎 Search the archives: https://www.holomovement.net/awakenyourpurposepodcast 🧭 Take the quiz + find your stage: https://www.lightnet.org/purpose/quiz 📝 Found your purpose? Hardt. He is also the founder and director of the Infinite Faith Outreach Foundation. After years of entrepreneurship, personal development, meditation, and spiritual exploration, Brian discovered a deeper calling in helping others move beyond mental barriers and reconnect with their authentic selves. Through BioCybernaut's intensive neurofeedback programs, he works with executives, athletes, veterans, and individuals seeking greater self-awareness, emotional balance, and mental clarity. Brian believes purpose isn't something we need to chase outside ourselves. It is something we uncover by quieting the mind, moving through life's challenges, and learning to trust what has been within us all along. ✦ Guest Links ✦ Website: https://www.biocybernaut.com/ ✦ Interviewed by Zenka Caro ✦ Zenka Caro is a systems-builder, filmmaker, and founder of LightNet, the world's first consciousness research data platform — home to the Holomovement Purpose Lab and the Awaken Your Purpose Podcast. AYP 130: Why The Universe Leaves Easter Eggs – Sol Hernandez

Sol Hernandez | Inspire3, Personal Development Expert ✦ Holomovement Purpose Lab ✦What if the universe is leaving you Easter eggs, little winks and signs, every time you get closer to who you really are? In this episode of the Awaken Your Purpose Podcast, Zenka Caro sits down with Sol Hernandez, the other half of Inspire3, to talk about leaving a family construction business behind, a cross-country road trip inspired by The Goonies, and the repeating numbers, synchronicities, and "Boxes of Perception" that reshaped his life. Sol shares how a midlife awakening at 40 unraveled a business and a life he had built completely out of resonance with himself, and how a spontaneous road trip in search of home led him to Sedona. He breaks down his personal framework for reading synchronicities, from repeating numbers like 11:11 and 444 to roses, birds, and what he calls the universe's Easter eggs, and explains why he believes numbers act as a shared lattice connecting everyone's separate realities. The conversation also moves through self-love, the "Boxes of Perception" that keep people stuck in inherited paths, the difference between a steward of creation and a leader, and why joy, not achievement, is the real marker of a life on purpose.✦ Enter the Lab ✦📚 Browse the research, books, tools + resources: https://www.lightnet.org/labs/purpose🔎 Search the archives: https://www.holomovement.net/awakenyourpurposepodcast🧭 Take the quiz + find your stage: https://www.lightnet.org/purpose/quiz📝 Found your purpose? Themiya Rashmin - CEO of Inspire3, Entrepreneur, Speaker, and Consciousness Explorer ✦ Holomovement Purpose Lab ✦What if the thing running your life this whole time wasn't you, but your subconscious mind? In this episode of the Awaken Your Purpose Podcast, Zenka Caro sits down with Themiya Rashmin, CEO of Inspire3 and founder of Starleap Global, to dig into the subconscious mind, the science of luck, and what it actually takes to live your purpose. Themiya shares how he left Sri Lanka at 18 with $1,500 and no backup plan, later taking over Inspire3, Zen12, Hypnosis Live, and 900+ audios built to reprogram the subconscious. Published 1 Jul 2024 · Transcript excerpt

[…] So really, I feel like my truest expression and my alignment with my mission began the day I left the last major label. And within a week, Within a week of parting with Interscope, I got a call from someone who was working with an organization called Songs of Love, which is kind of like make a wish for children, but with music. So children who are going through very challenging healing experiences. I don't like to use the word terminal because I think nothing's terminal, but healing challenges. They wish for a song. And I suddenly, over the next few years, wrote and produced 170 songs for individual children through that organization. […]
