What if My Soul Feels Differently?
What if our tendency to people-please is actually our inner-child/soul wanting us to define how we want to be seen? Do we truly understand the light of our own emanation? Or could that be why we grasp onto the opinions of others so readily? In my own youth, I adopted the kind of actions that would garner me the most attention, because that’s how I thought I needed to be seen. Ironically, it’s quite different to what my inner-child ACTUALLY wanted. Moving through the fog of emotional confusion and a deep sadness that I recognize as the unmet needs of my inner-child, I asked her these two questions— What do you need to feel seen? and What do you I need others to help me recognize about myself? Tune in as I take you on a journey of healing perspective, opening up the portal to new ways of relating to the mystery of self. Crafting new understanding around the people-pleasing trait, and offering up permission to water the gardens of your own human/soul connection. Resting Our Bones
To take rest is to descend through the matrix of long-standing beliefs that quite literally are holding our bones in active animation. When we can learn to return our bones back to the Earth and befriend Her gravity, we can remember what it feels like to be held in the womb. Our fear of rest is our fear of descent, and the uprising of the initial spiritual step towards liberation is the journey depicted in the Tarot archetype, The Tower. Tune in as I bring my experience of psycho-somatic attunement into the world of archetypes, offering a fresh perspective of what it means to Rest. This is a public episode. Is Somatics the New Meditation?
Somatic Awareness Training has become my new meditation strategy. I needed movement like I needed breath, and I needed a self-discovery tool that didn’t further enforce the dissociative and bypassing responses I’ve come here to work through. Tune in as I take you through my journey of discovery from seated mediation escapism to somatic spiritual embodiment. This is a public episode. The Healing Matrix
When I think of the word matrix, my mind floods with images of intricate patterns and codes. I feel a complex system that has its roots in a simple intention of creating something out of nothing. What is this space of nothing from which something, anything is created? This fabric of Life I am calling “The Healing Matrix” is an ancient womb, where life expands and contracts through. The cycles of creation sees its beginnings and endings here; it is the human body, the carrier of systems old and of new. It is through the human body that past becomes present and future becomes realized. Those forms of the past, carried down through the bones of our ancestors, coursing as our blood and lived experience are ours to create with as we wish. But how many of us are trying to heal our past, our lineage, our ancestral bonds, the carried down scars and wounds of generations of evolving human experiment? How many of us are accessing information from the source? From the body? From the Healing Matrix? Tune in as esoteric knowledge weaves together ancestral healing and modern somatic understanding to uncover a deeper evolutionary intention to living these times with purpose. Embodying Safety
I thought for so long that I was safe, that I could will myself to feel that way. Yet, as I walk further down the road of self-healing, I’m coming to recognize just how deeply I’ve been invalidating my emotional well being, just how critical the process of feeling through an experience actually is. From disassociated spiritual seeker to embodied wayshower, I take you on a journey this episode of moving through parental enmeshment with my mother, parenting my inner child, learning interconnection, and growing a new relationship with myself and with others. Seeing you through the darker emotions, with Love and acknowledgment, Alexandria ☥ This is a public episode. Healed
Just the other day I decided that I’m done healing. I am complete just as I am. This moment comes after nearly a decade committing myself to self-healing. More like self-perfecting. I couldn’t quite understand why I never could find true happiness, contentment or peace, until I realized that I must be the one to tell myself I am complete. I must be the one to honestly reflect and say, I am enough just as I am. There is nothing more I yearn to fix or change about me, instead I want to just go about my life LIVING! On this episode I expand more into what it means to decide we’re complete. To stop the train of thinking that we trained ourselves in believing. The belief that there is more to awaken, more to seek, more to discover about the nature of human being. May this episode inspire your journey towards greater levels of self love and acceptance. And so it is. This is a public episode. Be a Guide
I confined myself to the shadows and out of the public eye because I’ve been embodying the Wayshower. I’ve been intentionally cultivating the consciousness of a Guide. To teach I believed was to have the answers, but that was me in a past life. The me then was sought out for spiritual insight; the teacher, the prophet, the guru who helped mold the mind of lost souls. But in the era of mind and stimulation, where information is accessed more easily than breath, is this way of guiding truly serving? A self-righteous, less conscious version of me may insist on the masses mold to my teachings; but who am I but you doing the best we can with what we got? It’s been humility that’s guided me and a reorientation of conscious understanding to awaken the Wayshower of these times. To embody that Guide is to pay attention to the path I’ve been walking. To reflect is then to see myself as the scientist and the spiritualist that has self-proof that much of the way of these times is a reorientation of body and mind. The familiarity may continue to pull me under her current and carry me back to the mind, but I am now certain that my way forward is to show the past I’ve left behind. To walk with you as you trial to rebuild a language with your earthly vessel, your body and all of her sensations. To bridge and reconnect the synapses that through your own connection to self, awakens self-discovery. In this episode I transmit the last several months, awakening this new layer of soul consciousness that empowers instead of reveals, that guides instead of gives. I am my own Master
When others want the best for you and you’re a chronic people pleaser, how challenging is it to voice your truth? As a chronic people pleaser, it was challenging for me to stand in opposition to what I was being taught, believing that those in authority knew best. Why? Maybe it had to do with the many lifetimes of bowing to the feet of gurus, of sacrificing my self in the name of holy dogma. Maybe during the Piscean era these kinds of lessons were mandatory for growth and spiritual attainment. But we’ve entered Aquarius baby and you better believe this era is all about owning our worth and being our own Master. In this episode I share about healing through this chronic pattern of embodying external authority and learning through much trial and error what it feels like and what it means to be my own Master. Knowing Me
Have you ever felt selfish for putting yourself first? What if you learned this to be an essential aspect of your growth and healing journey? I’ve walked the path of authenticity, which is to say the path of spiritual awakening for several lifetimes, each time refining my perspectives and opening my eyes to human purpose and potentiality. Each time I allowed guilt, obligation, societal or familial beliefs to govern my actions, I was dishonoring not only myself but those for whom I felt I must serve. Giving is an energy exchange and when we don’t know the person who is the giver (ourselves), when we haven’t gotten clear about our motivations and the energy frequency we’re carrying out into the world, then how can we know if our giving is truly supporting the Greater Good? To know this, is to know ourselves first. In this episode I share about incarnating into a family of system builders, giving an example of how the legacy my mother is building within her equine therapy business, although inspirational, is not the same legacy I am tasked with fulfilling. I’m here to create legacy of a different kind of energy. I share about how when we understand the task we are here completing, there is a softening towards others and their unique tasks. How when I know my purpose, I am able to see the gifts in others and let go of trying to be everything to everyone. When I know me, when I’ve endeavored to clean my own house of conditioned clutter, I become the magnet that brings together the group of individuated World Workers for Human Service. When I am clear about the part I am here to play in the Grand Plan, then the work of building new systems of love and inclusivity can begin. And so it is. This is a public episode. Earth is My Spiritual Practice
Was spiritual bypassing necessary to my growth and expanding of consciousness? Absolutely. Nothing is ever for naught. Everything is here to teach us about the nature of our selves. The unseen, the imaginal realms was where I went to escape the traumas of childhood. I opened a psychic door then lived there for most of my life. My thoughts kept me safe until the sting of separation brought forward unavoidable crisis’ to bring me back down to earth. In this episode I share a recent revelation, how coming to understand life’s challenges as mirrored reflections for subconscious projections is bringing me closer to walking a liberated human experience. How earth is actually a learning ground for spirituality, not through bypassing the pain and discomfort, but by seeing feelings as divine messengers for an evolution of consciousness taking place. Perspective is King. Can our reason for being on this earth be to teach us the essence of spirituality? Tune in and let’s travel this road together :) This is a public episode. Linking Past & Present
Have you ever wondered why the past keeps repeating? Why the same lessons keep coming up time and time again? Ever wonder why you can’t seem to get off the spinning wheel? This episode I share about the link between the past and present, the planets in our natal charts that indicate those areas of life we’ve already developed that are hindering our progress in this lifetime. I also share about the influence of the planet that is supporting us in moving in that new direction of conscious development, even though it may feel unfamiliar and scary, IT’S SUPPOSED TO, we haven’t grown there yet :) Subscribe and be on the look out for more episodes on how esoteric astrology can support you on your journey. Purpose
Have you ever asked yourself the questions, ‘who am I?’ and ‘what is my purpose?’ What if I told you that you were already living it? That just by being born, you were answering those questions. Would that ease some of the painful striving towards achieving an answer? Or maybe you’re more like I am, an insatiable seeker of universal wisdom. Seeing life and your human experience as an experiment for refining and consciously choosing to guide and conduct your own fate. Needing life to reveal through the process of experiences your own destiny to master. Either way, whether you seek it or allow it to unfold, by nature of being human, you are living purpose. Listen in as I share my journey of purpose seeking and the revelations that have come from never ceasing to ask the BIG questions. I share what I’ve discovered to be the true meaning of purpose as it relates us to a Greater Cosmic Plan. This is a public episode. Identity
I’m up to my eyebrows in esoteric study and unraveling all kinds of self-limiting concepts. Bear with me as I story-tell my way through to understanding the pattern that has been my guiding force—the need to be useful and the aggrandizing mask of self-importance. What’s hidden behind the mask? I reveal that and much more. Also, I share about the consciousness of Mother Nature and the purpose She plays in supporting the development of human consciousness. When we step out of the familiarity of routine, and walk in cahoots with Nature, the answers we seek to understand, often get revealed. A reminder to be kind to yourself today. Your growth is in equal measure to how much you accept yourself and where you are at on your journey. This is a public episode. Information
In this Age of Information, the desire to acquire more mental stimulation is on the rise. More readily do we trust what others believe us to be than who we believe ourselves to be. In this Age of Information, comparison and judgement are rising, as is self-inadequacy and undervaluing our worth. Easier it is to project who we are onto the image of those we deem successful, and when we don’t measure up (because we won’t and never will), we criticize, bastardize, and shame ourselves. The very same self that has the capacity towards growth, transformation, and actualization of a Higher spiritual order. The same self that has a very unique role to play. But we’re stuck in the Information Age, we’re attached and unconscious of our desires for information acquisition. We’re not aware of our inherent power to pause and connect within, and reveal the answers that come from Spirit rather than society. In this episode I share my personal experience with information obsession, and as we ascend to Higher levels of conscious experience, the need to discern information becomes ever more critical. Karmic Knot
This episode recounts a recent self-healing journey of unweaving a karmic knot, one filled with archangels, archetypes, and mystical vision. I don’t often share publicly my journey’s with the unseen realms, namely because I’m left with WTF just happened? However, I’m turning over a leaf in this newly turned chapter that exposes parts of me I’ve let comfortably live in the shadows. Although no stranger to me, having mystical vision hasn’t been widely accepted down the ages; there is a lot of trauma here to collectively unweave and for a long time hiding what makes us different kept us safe. But the leaf is turning for so many of us to come out of hiding, to expose our essentialness and to be accepted for it. May listening to this episode inspire your essential nature to be seen. Know that I see and love you all infinitely :) This is a public episode. Authenticity
In this first episode, I share my experience of standing as an individual, a being of authenticity, within group activity and the unconscious response this elicits within others. I touch on the zodiac archetype of Cancer as the consciousness of the past (mass consciousness/the collective as we know it today). What the purpose is of remaining authentically heart/soul centered within group activity when the predominant energy is mass/conforming consciousness. What is being revealed through standing authentically strong. I also touch briefly on the zodiac archetype of Aquarius as being the consciousness of the future, and what happens when we form groups with individuals authentically aligned and soul centered.
