Pushing Daisies 2.12: Water and Power

Before now, we've have maybe two or three mentions of Emerson's daughter in this show, and this is the 21st episode. Now that we finally have an Emerson heavy episode that tackles that head on, it's just meh. That has been our feeling in this second half of this second season. Our saving grace is that this is the penultimate episode.

Pushing Daisies 2.11: Window Dressed to Kill

   Pushing Daisies: 2.10

We're starting to feel like a yo-yo with all this back and forth between good episodes and episodes that are... less good. The Norwegians offered an interesting idea but doesn't seem to care about making much sense at all. We understand the show comes with a lot of quirk, but quirk at the sacrifice of story can't sustain a show.
