#42 自分の内に抱えた諸問題と向き合う作法〜それは、勝手には消えてくれない〜 過去の自分の中に残留してしまっている問題とどのように向き合うか/自分の中に無意識下で堆積してしまった諸問題は自分で気づくことが難しい/苦手な人からこそ学べることがあるが、そのような人に対して「学ばせてくれてありがとう」と思うことは非常に難易度が高い/苦しいから向き合いたくない/過去の問題と向き合うためには相当な覚悟が必要/アーマが蓄積してしまっているなら、ドーシャを整えたら解決したりする？/まずやるべきことはアーマを体内から除去すること/汚れた布は綺麗に染まらない/「燃やす」と一言で言っても、「燃やし方」に注意する必要がある/舌苔の残り具合で体内に残留してるアーマの量が推測できる/アーマは勝手に燃えないから自分の手で燃やす（向き合う）必要がある/諸問題と向き合う、受容できることによってアーマは熟成し、除去することができる/散々重いテーマで話してきましたが、ここで終了

#41 妹の存在によって教えてもらえたこと 妹の存在によって心をオープンにしきれなかった/個人単位で発現する「分人性」というものについて/妹のことを話さないことで自分を守れてはいたが、同時に嘘をついている蟠りも抱えていた/他人に全てを開示しなくていいという許容/妹のことを受け入れられそうなきっかけとの出会い/障害者の魂は「自ら苦難の道を選んだ魂レベルが高いver.」と「輪廻転生の回数が少なく、魂自体の年齢が若いver.」に分けられる/妹の存在によって学べたこと/「受け入れたい」というより「いずれ向き合わねばならぬ問題」/優生思想によって社会にかつて存在していた姨捨山/障害者に対する視点が増えたことで結果としてメンタルケアになりはした/動きが遅い他者に対してのイラつきは妹への気持ちが歪んで表出したものだった？/次回自分の内に抱えた諸問題との向き合い方
