Live from their living room, Audree and Michael don't talk about transformation. They go through it on mic, mid-process, and take you with them. A meltdown, a purification, a realization as it lands. Michael and Audree are in a channeled training program learning the mechanics of creation. They are guided in and out of channeling sessions by the Shii, a collective of higher consciousness. The two of them work those mechanics out in their own bodies, in real time, on mic. If you've done the work, the books, the practices, the plant medicine, the years, and you're still not free, this is about why, and what's actually possible from here. You are source consciousness incarnated in human form. It was always true. What hid it from you is The Deviation, the distortion humanity has been living inside. Everything built to free you, the practices and the teachers, was built inside it too. Those methods can treat you. They're honest that it's hard. And also they don't stop, because of what's on the other side. This is the call to go all the way through.    How You're Using Your Power to Limit Yourself

   Michael woke in the night, and again this morning, to the mind active with negative thoughts. He and Audree have both been in a deep, committed exercise: whatever is happening, internally or externally, saying "I am creating this," then going in to find the aspect of their being that's creating it. This morning even that wasn't there, just "this pure blanket of awareness," and the negative thought dissolved. Michael is finally getting the mechanism, "I'm creating my own reality," at the level of fully doing it, and it is ending the self-victimization. He is experiencing, very directly, "how I've been using all of that power to bind myself up, to limit myself from the truth, to use my energy against myself." It is incomprehensible for a human being to understand how much power they are using to create all the limitations in their life. And you hide from yourself that you are the one doing it. Separation lets the mind partition itself into contradictory, independent bits: "We're able to lie to ourselves. We're able to hide information from ourselves." That is how much power you have, enough to create such a powerful self-limiting structure. See how it works, undo what you did to get here, and you are out of the maze. No wonder they like escape rooms. The biggest lie of all is "I want to evolve, and I'm doing what I need to evolve." Believing it, you aren't asking, "What am I not looking at?" Behind the relationship or the finances you don't have, behind the oppressive work situation, some level of your being is saying "I want this." Looking, and choosing to look until you find it, is the real yes. The cosmic joke runs deep: you create the guru so you can experience the guru giving you something. "We believe in limitation. We believe in dependence." That's how you bind up all your power. It's hard to look, hard to take full ownership that you are creating your life experience when you didn't want this trauma and that trauma. The separated I that didn't want it is not the truth of who you are; source consciousness is a yes to the experience, without judgment. Their level one training teaches that you didn't choose your reactive behavior patterns. Past level one: "funny story is you did choose those."    The Last Teaching: You Are God

   Audree is in a profound moment of what their work is. You are God. Not the God humanity has a definition of: unity consciousness, source consciousness incarnated in the physical realm. All the teachings lead to just one truth. She sees everybody sitting together in that truth, in a quiet moment of illumination: "Nobody is higher, nobody is lower." But if you don't believe it's true, it's not true for you. Every thought is a choice you didn't know you had. When the mind says X is true, you re-up your allegiance to it. Belief means be the lie. Michael has seen it in his own life: "The reason my life has been the way it has is because I've held allegiances to having it be that way." Refine your awareness until you can see the choice, and you have access to it. The episode includes a guided process to do along with them: ice cream good, ice cream bad. Each time, you believed one fully, and later the other. The mind becomes aware that both are true and both are false at the same time. You step through both and let go. Then stillness: "You are an illuminated one. That's what that is, that saying you are God." They are just back from India, where their teacher left his body last week. He had told them, "I'm gonna power you up so you can go out and be your own teacher." Devoted outward, you lose the opportunity to go inward and know your own truth. For Audree, the final darshan, a three-day wake, is that the time of the guru is over and the new era is here. It starts with looking at where you do not believe it. "Where's my allegiance to limitation? And that is the way out." A good teacher just points you back at yourself, and that is all Audree and Michael are doing. It's all there in the book of your life, because that is what's creating your reality.    Your Mind Is Innocent. It's Doing What You Asked.

   That morning in the shower, it landed for Michael: gratitude for the mind, as an innocent. The mind is the one beating you up, telling you you're unworthy, creating the shit show of your life. And it is doing a perfect job. It gets a gold star. The usual answer is "screw you, mind," which is just the mind attacking itself. The knife cannot cut itself. You can't think your way out, because everything you believe is based on partial truths, falsehoods and conditioning. The only way out is direct experience of the mechanic of creation. In agile teams, Michael learned this: when you are the product owner and the team builds what you asked for and it isn't working, you don't blame the team. You thank them, because they built what you asked for. Then you build something different. With the mind, you are the product owner. As source consciousness, you said yes to The Deviation, yes to the mind experiencing separation. There is no bad guy mind. It is giving you exactly what you asked for. Michael calls it "the great hero of our deviated experience," with the Academy Award and the Nobel Peace Prize in all categories. Everything built so far is built from an absence of love. Why not create in love? It's not that easy, Audree says; thinking "I'll create in love now" doesn't get you there. You have to look at the impact and the consequences, and feel it, and see it 100%. If you're not feeling like shit, you're not deep enough. And to anyone feeling it right now: "You didn't do anything wrong. We just forgot what and who we are on purpose." The day before, in a session with the Shii, Michael got to the first step of AA: my life is unmanageable. Awareness that deep is the sprint review. "I'm the one who created that request. Wow, mind, let's look at the consequence of that. Do we still wanna keep on doing this?" For Michael, that is the pivot.
