<p>"Ich habe das Gefühl, ich muss im Leben zu jedem Moment und auch langfristig glücklich sein, sei es im Job oder mit anderen Menschen die mich umgeben. Ich suche förmlich nach diesem, ich würde es Gefühl oder sogar meinen Antrieb oder Motivation nennen. Doch oft fühlt es sich so an, dass ich mehr damit beschäftigt bin, darüber nachzudenken welche Dinge mich wirklich glücklich machen, anstatt sie mit offenem Visier anzugehen. Oft verweile ich dann im Nichts, wenngleich die Zeit nicht auf einen wartet - Es fühlt sich so an, als sei ich in diesem Moment unproduktiv, als komme ich am Ende eigentlich zu nichts"...</p><p>Es ist die Suche nach der eigenen Identität, des, "wo fühle ich mich vollkommen, wo kann ich, ich selbst sein"? </p><p>In dieser Folge sprechen Richard und ich darüber, wie sich diese Frage in unserem täglichen Zusammenleben und unseren Handlungen widerspiegelt.
