<p>Den Bacillus Bulgaricus gibt es wirklich. Er befällt im Normalfall keine Homo Sapiens, sondern macht Milch zu Joghurt. Manchmal infizieren sich aber auch Menschen mit ihm, beispielsweise Bulgarienreisende, die einmal da gewesen nicht mehr loskommen von dem kleinen Land am Rande unseres Kontinents. In unserem Podcast unterhalten sich ein von Geburt aus Infizierter mit einem frisch Infizierten. Rumen, dessen Vater zwar Bulgare ist, der selbst aber in Deutschland geboren und groß geworden ist, und der seit Corona immer mehr Zeit in Bulgarien verbringt. Und Achim, der sich aus Bremen in die Schluchten des Balkans gewagt hat, und das bereits zum dritten Mal. Der Bacillus Bulgaricus produziert überwiegend linksdrehende und nicht rechtsdrehende Milchsäure. Ob dies in unserem Podcast genauso ist, mögen die geneigten Hörer und Hörerinnen selbst heraus finden.</p>
