   Trailer: The Letterbox Podcast

A little something different that we’re excited to share. Trailer: The Letterbox Podcast is a calming, reflective podcast featuring anonymous letters read out loud 🤍 Each episode shares real, personal messages sent in by listeners — stories about love, heartbreak, friendship, loneliness, growth, change, and the quiet thoughts we often don’t say out loud. If you’re looking for a mental health break, a moment of calm, or something gentle to listen to instead of scrolling, this podcast offers a short pause in a busy world. Episodes are intentionally brief, making them perfect for anxiety relief moments, winding down at night, or taking a break during the day. This is a space for emotional storytelling, human connection, and feeling a little less alone. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or simply want something soft and grounding in your headphones, The Letterbox Podcast is here for you. Listen now wherever you get your podcasts 🤍 Follow the show for new letters, and if you’d like to contribute, anonymous submissions are always open 💌 — details are in the show description.

Kidney Stones, Doggy CPR & Hunting The Welsh Big Cat

Lucy’s convinced she’s got kidney stones (send help), meanwhile Sophie’s hypochondriac focus has shifted to Maya & she has been on a dog first aid course… designed for vets so that she is ready for any pet emergency 😂. Naturally, this leads to talk of wild animal encounters, mysterious big cats in Wales, and whether the girls should start their own investigation show tracking down panthers and the Abominable Snowman. Totally normal episode.
