BACKSPIN steht für Hip-Hop. In Love'N'Hate sprechen Boogiedown Base, Niko und Emma über Rap, DJing, Breakdance und Graffiti. Dazu sollte man wissen, dass die Hip-Hop-Heads im ewigen Clinch mit dem liegen, was heute unter dem Begriff Hip-Hop verbreitet wird und versuchen mit dem Podcast das Gleichgewicht für die klassischen Werte zu halten. Dinge unter'm Radar, ein kritisches Auge auf's aktuelle Zeitgeschehen, aber immer mit viel Liebe für Hip-Hop. Das ist Love'N'Hate. Das zweite Format "Talkin' with the B-Base" geht in eine ähnliche Richtung: Darin sprechen Niko und Base über Künstler:innen aus dem Deutschrap-Untergrund. In der neuen Folge Love’n’Hate haben sich Base und Emma ganz dem Serviceanspruch des Podcasts gewidmet.
