Ep. 6 | The Finished Product
Harry and Jacob take a look at what a finished piece of comedy looks like, if it can exist at all. In a philosophical breakdown of the creative process (uh, right?), they talk about examples of finished products in comedy and why it’s important to round off one project so you can jump into another. Yeah! What’s more, they discuss commercialising comedy, phase two of the podcast, and the concept of pure giggles. Fancy seeing a show? Ep. 5 | Festivals
It’s August, and that can mean only one thing in the comedy world. The Edinburgh Fringe is upon us and the UK witnesses a comedy exodus up to Scotland for a month. With Harry soon to depart, the pair explore the role that comedy festivals, principally Edinburgh, play in the comedy ecosystem. They also examine the lifestyle of punters and comics at festivals, and how to make the most of your time there. That's not all: Harry reminisces fringes past and Jacob's tolerance of warmup games finally runs out. Fancy seeing a show?
