And so I continued to yo-yo over and over and over for about probably close to six years after that. And the thing about that is that the thing about yo-yo dieting is that when you're not changing your limiting beliefs and your behaviors and those stories, you're not changing those habits prior to going into starting something, especially like if you're going to lose weight, you want to diet. you're going to lose the weight, but you still did not take care of those habits.
