With over 25 years of experience in adult swim education, Cori has developed a unique approach that blends mental and physical training to help students not only learn to swim but also transform their relationship with the water, their bodies, and themselves.
Believing that swimming is about more than technique, Cori focuses on trust, mindset, healing, and growth — guiding her students through deeply empowering personal transformations.
Through her certification program, she now mentors instructors to bring this life-changing work to communities worldwide.
When she’s not in the pool, Cori enjoys life with her firefighter husband and recently embraced a new chapter as an empty nester — continuing to inspire others to face their fears and take one courageous step at a time.

Grief, Grace, and Giving: Jill Godbout’s Story
Jill Godbout is a devoted mom of four, a seasoned photographer, and the heart behind Emery Jude Photography, (www.emeryjude.com)which she has successfully owned and operated for more than 15 years. With a special focus on families of children with special needs—a passion rooted in her own experience raising three children with Autism and other diagnoses—Jill has built a business that captures not only images but also meaningful connections.
After the heartbreaking loss of her daughter Ella, who battled complex epilepsy, Jill founded the nonprofit Ella’s Gifts to honor her daughter’s love of giving. Through random acts of kindness, the organization spreads joy and keeps Ella’s generous spirit alive.
Jill understands firsthand the complexities of grief, and she shares her journey to both comfort others navigating loss and guide those unsure of how to support grieving parents. Her story is one of resilience, love, and turning unimaginable pain into a legacy of kindness.
