Baked and Balanced - the podcast where we light up, level up, and let the bullshit burn. Hosted by Heather Nicole: your blunt-smoking, bullshit-slaying, vibe-rising High Priestess healer.
Every episode is a sacred (and slightly stoned) space where we mix healing with humor, the mystical with the messy, and the woo with the weed. Expect spiritual downloads, emotional breakthroughs, high-vibe rituals, hot takes on toxic love and trauma, and real AF talk about reclaiming your worth and rising the hell up.
Roll up, tune in, and remember - healing doesn't have to be so damn serious.
What the fuck do you actually want?
Not what makes sense. Not what everyone else can agree to. Not what's responsible, realistic, or least likely to inconvenience somebody. What do you want?
In part three of The Ways We Leave Ourselves, we're meeting The Desireless Woman - the self-abandonment archetype who became so fluent in everyone else's needs that she lost access to her own preferences, pleasure, appetite, and desire.
We're unpacking how "I don't care" becomes a protective strategy, why suppressed desire often returns as resentment or numbness, and the difference between being desired and feeling fully alive inside your own body.
We're also diving into the lore of Aphrodite - not simply the beautiful goddess of romance, but the powerful force of love, pleasure longing, sensuality, creation and embodied aliveness.
Because Aphrodite isn't asking you to become more desirable. She's asking you to stop abandoning the woman who desires.
Light up, settle into your body, and prepare the answer the question you may have spent years avoiding: What do I want?

Ep. 44 - You Already Know - So Why Are You Asking Everybody Else?
How many people do you need to ask before you give yourself permission to trust the answer you already had?
In part two of The Ways We Leave Ourselves, we're meeting The Self-Doubter - the archetype who seeks more opinions, more information, more reassurance, and more signs because she learned that being wrong wasn't safe.
We're unpacking the difference between genuine confusion and being afraid to act on what you already know, how spirituality can become another way to outsource your authority, and why self-trust isn't believing you'll always make the perfect decision. It's knowing you won't abandon yourself after you chose.
We're also diving into the mythology of Hekate: goddess of the crossroads, thresholds, torches and the unknown. Hekate doesn't remove the crossroads or choose your path for you. She places the torch back in your hand and reminds you that you don't need the entire road illuminated to take the next honest step.
As promises, here are the four questions from The Torch at the Crossroads Ritual:
1. What do I know without asking anyone else?
2. What am I afraid trusting that answer will cost me?
3. Which choice allows me to remain on my own side?
4. What is one step I can take without seeing the entire road ahead?

Ep. 43 - How Much of You had to Disappear to Become "Easy to Love"?
How much of yourself did you have to silence, soften, or shrink before people started calling you "easy to love"?
In the first episode of The Ways We Leave Ourselves, we're exposing The Good Girl - the self-abandonment archetype who learned to stay lovable by being agreeable, understanding, low-maintenance, and endlessly forgiving.
We'll explore how "goodness" becomes a survival strategy, the difference between being easy to love and being fully loved, and how The Good Girl shows up everyday.
We're also diving into the complex mythology of Lilith - from her ancient, feared origins to the story of the woman who refused to accept belonging at the cost of her equality. Because while The Good Girl abandons herself to remain inside Eden, Lilith leaves Eden to remain inside herself.
Light up, settle in, and ask yourself: Will I abandon myself again, or will I stay?
