005 吴谢宇弑母案：隐秘的原生家庭创伤

<blockquote style="font-size:14px;margin:10px 0px;color:rgb(102, 102, 102);border-left:5px solid rgb(232, 232, 232);padding-left:15px;">2016年2月14日，谢天琴的尸体被发现在福州市晋安区桂山路172号某中学教职工宿舍5座102单元住处内。经侦查，其儿子吴谢宇有重大作案嫌疑。  2019年4月21日，吴谢宇已经被公安机关抓获归案，身上带了30多张身份证，通过网络购买，三年来一直在国内活动。5月27日，福州市晋安区人民检察院依法对吴谢宇批准逮捕。8月5日，“吴谢宇弑母案”由福州市晋安区人民检察院报送福州市人民检察院，涉及故意杀人、诈骗、买卖身份证件三项罪名。2020年12月24日，福建省福州市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了被告人吴谢宇故意杀人、诈骗、买卖身份证件案。 2021年8月26日上午，福建省福州市中级人民法院依法对被告人吴谢宇故意杀人、诈骗、买卖身份证件案进行一审公开宣判。以被告人吴谢宇犯故意杀人罪、诈骗罪、买卖身份证件罪，数罪并罚，决定执行死刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处罚金人民币十万三千元。 8月30日，刚结束完会见的辩护律师冯敏介绍，吴谢宇在会见时“情绪方面还挺稳定的，能够理智和客观地看待这个事情”。对于判决结果，吴谢宇将选择上诉，上诉状由他自己书写。 2021年9月6日，吴谢宇已经正式提起上诉，上诉状由他个人邮寄给法院，律师没有看到具体的上诉状。</blockquote> <hr style="border:0px;margin:20px 0px;background:#ddd;display:inline-block;width:100%;border-style:solid;height:1px;"> 收听导航｜INDEX 00:00:15 案件前述00:21:10 女版吴谢宇 00:29:10 《我们与恶的距离》 00:32:55 对母亲的“救赎”00:38:54 父亲与母亲在家庭中的角色 00:40:50 身处在家暴的家庭中00:48:05 当家庭问题承袭到自身性格中 01:05:57 “潜移默化”的影响<hr style="border:0px;margin:20px 0px;background:#ddd;display:inline-block;width:100%;border-style:solid;height:1px;"> 近期吴谢宇不服死刑，正式提起上诉。有关这个案件的报道从8月庭审开始一直在媒体的聚光灯下，案件热度致使网友也非常关注这起案件的来龙去脉。 网络上对于吴谢宇的作案动机众说纷纭，有人说他是高智商杀人狂，有人说他是精致的利己主义。无一不在讨伐这个弑母的杀人犯。 他为什么会弑母，又为什么会说自己弑母是为了救赎母亲。是什么样的背景导致他可以杀害亲生母亲，他的原生家庭到底是什么样的？他和他的母亲相处的有多不愉快？他的母亲遭受了什么？他又遭受了什么？ 很多媒体都报道了他在作案后的所作所为，而他那一系列的“放飞自我”的事迹又是因为什么？大家的关注点都放在了他的十恶不赦上，而这个案件之所以很有爆点是因为其中充满了矛盾。 原生家庭在占星学中是处在天底位置的四宫，天顶是我们展露给社会的样子，天底是「根」，这个根如何影响我们人格的形成，很多时候我们自己都意识不到。 每个人都有原生家庭，每个人的原生家庭都不相同，父母给我们带来的影响，很多时候促使了我们早期人格的完成。或许不是所有人都生长在极端的原生家庭环境下，但往往多数家庭都存在着他们私密的问题，这个问题不会袒露给社会看，甚至有时当事人也不会觉得这是个「问题」。
